Here is a list of herbs that should not be taken while on prescribed medication. Notify your pharmacist or doctor right away if you are taking any of the following medication with this herbs or natural products. * FDA issued a consumer alert on the safety of dietary supplements containing ephedra on Dec. 30, 2003. The alert advised consumers to immediately stop buying and using ephedra products. Ephedra can lead to hypertension, palpitations, tachycardia, stroke, seizures and death.
