Killing Apids

by Alec Black
(Blenheim)

A table-spoon of liquid dish washing liquid mixed with water (about a coffee cup)_and sprayed over and under the leaves will kill the Aphids in minutes. I also spray the ground area around the rose base just to neutralise? the ground top.
I do this only when I see the first aphids and have over 8 years only needed to do it once a season.
This also works with the dish water sprayed over the vegetable plants as well, kills the white butterfly real fast...just make sure all vegetables are washed thoroughly before eating
