Use beneficial nematodes or neem oil to control these beetles.


corn borer European Corn Borer Affects corn, beans, tomatoes, peppers, onions, and potatoes.

Feeds on corn leaves, tassels, and under husks, tunnels into stems and pods of the other crops.

Attract native parasitic flies and wasps for control.


fireants Fire Ants mainly feed on beneficial insects.

flea beetle Flea Beetles Found throughout the USA, they attack leaves and seedlings.

Use beneficial nematodes or neem oil biopesticide to control these beetles.


flea Fleas A nuisance carrier of many diseases, especially harmful to our pets.

Use beneficial nematodes spread on soil, and citrus oil, to control fleas.


flies Flies A nuisance pest, carrier of germs.

Use sticky traps that can be hung in infested areas.

Use diatomaceous earth as a food additive for livestock or pets at a rate of 1% food volume.

Allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings.

Citrus oil drenched into the soil will control these gnats.

Nosema locustae is a protozoan that controls grasshoppers.

Garlic-pepper plus citrus oil sprayed at first sighting helps repel them.

Control with beneficial nematodes released at label rates.
